fix(fuse): FUSE filesystem fixes for filename escaping and inode handling ... 644b54afed

- Add unescape_filename() function to handle shell-escaped filenames in lookup()
- Fix getattr() inode range check from 11000 to 10000 to correctly map file inodes
- Add debug logging to open() for troubleshooting
