Major changes:

• Renamed aktags→corten, blueak-init→niello-init throughout
• Rebuilt Containerfile with all sections: Terra/Noctalia, desktop stack, CAC,
  shell tooling, Oh-My-Zsh/Powerlevel10k, bootc update config, weston+regreet,
  niello-init bootstrap, gaming support
• Added Homebrew update timer (post-reboot)
• Corten installed from source at build time
• All BlueAK references replaced with Niello/Corten
• Removed WinBoat and DoD cert sections
• Ollama removed from niello-init bootstrap

Files renamed:

• config/aktags/→config/corten/
• config/blueak-init/→config/niello-init/
• config/systemd/blueak-.service→config/systemd/niello-.service
• All Aktags/AkTags→Corten references

Files created:

• config/systemd/brew-update.{service,timer}
• Updated Containerfile
